The clean room provided a comfy experience with a tidy setting, made relaxation easy. Breakfast was really nice with crispy bacon and waffles. Not having coffee cups in the room was frustrating, forcing me to improvise. The shower water temperature fluctuated annoyingly, detracting from the comfort. I dealt with a stubborn room door, which took several attempts to open each time. Staff were attentive, waiting to refill items during breakfast.

The hotel was absolutely great with great personnel. The a double room was updated with a king bed. Climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven were a nice touch.

Didn't like the area, it was very basic.

The staff members were COURTEOUS and accommodating. I was upgraded to a beautifully maintained queen room with 2 queen beds.

The location leaves much to be desired!!! No coffee cups or water cups in the room!!! A strong odor of cigarette smoke throughout the lobby and room!!! Shower water temperatures fluctuated uncomfortably!!!

Staff I saw were nice, and helpful. The two restaurants close were very good and priced well. Having an extra 10% off the meal next door was a bonus

The musty smell as soon as you walk in the door hits you and gets no better. I had to put chap stick under my nose it was that bad. Breakfast was very limited, but I guess for the price I cannot be too picky.

I stayed here while visiting the nearby Audrain County Historical Museum, which was about a 15-minute drive away. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with crispy bacon and tasty scrambled eggs, and the staff was quick to refill anything that ran low. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The lack of a proper breakfast area and the absence of an elevator to the second floor were a bit of a hassle, especially with luggage in tow.

This hotel had a charming breakfast, but that surprise quickly faded when the hot items were empty-typical. The door to my room was a challenge, barely opened even after multiple attempts. I expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, being treated like everyone else is standard here. Astonishing.
